Dr. Kristine Shue is a board-certified pediatric dentist dedicated to providing high quality dental care for infants, children, and adolescents. Her goal is to create fun and positive dental experiences for all her patients and to help them build healthy oral habits that last a lifetime.
As a child, Dr. Kristine loved going to the dentist, and decided that she wanted to grow up to be a dentist who gave people happy, healthy smiles. With this goal in mind, Dr. Kristine enrolled in the prestigious Seven Year Bio-Dental Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed an accelerated and rigorous undergraduate degree, then continued on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. During these years, Dr. Kristine discovered her passion for working with children and found great fulfillment in helping kids feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair, inspiring her to pursue specialized training in pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Kristine completed her Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, CA, in affiliation with NYU Langone Health. During her residency, she served as chief resident and gained valuable training in restorative dentistry, pediatric dental sedation, and caring for children with special health care needs. She is looking forward to working with families in Lancaster and hopes all her patients will love coming to the dentist, just as she did when she was a child.
Originally from Seattle, WA, Dr. Kristine has lived and worked in many parts of the country, but is excited to be settling down in Lancaster, PA with her husband and two kids. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, eating delicious food, reading books, traveling to different countries, hiking in National Parks, and playing volleyball.
