Dr. Aidan Gallagher brings the unique expertise of both a board-certified pediatric dentist and a dentist anesthesiologist. He began his education at the University of Pittsburgh before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. With a strong passion for pediatric care, he went on to complete a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, where he successfully managed over 100 oral rehabilitation cases under general anesthesia. This experience deepened his understanding of the vital role sedation and anesthesia play in dentistry and led him to pursue an advanced residency in dental anesthesiology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
During his anesthesia training, Dr. Gallagher gained extensive experience both in dental settings and UPMC-affiliated operating rooms, anesthetizing patients for a wide range of procedures.
A Philadelphia native, Dr. Gallagher is proud to serve patients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is dedicated to providing safe, high-quality sedation services and is committed to making every patient’s experience comfortable, seamless, and positive. His dual training allows him to combine advanced clinical expertise with compassionate pediatric care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Gallagher enjoys playing board games, attending live music events, and exploring the city with his wife and their dog.
