This letter is to inform you of my experience with Smile Builderz. First allow me to begin with your website. The site was easy on the eye, bright and catches the attention of the viewer. The website was clear in explaining the services your office provided. I was impressed with the array of services to choose from. There were services that I needed, services that I wanted and so much more all under one roof. It was so thorough I was wondering if the actual office would be able to live up to the websites’ reputation.

My first visit at your office was surpassing. I was pleased to meet Evelyn and Mike Rosenfield. They appeared to be happy employees. I think it’s great when you enjoy what you do as well as enjoy where you’re doing it. I worked for an employer who was a household name, a well respected American Company. The CEO knew that a happy atmosphere breaded happy employees who enjoyed coming to work. These employees worked well and produced services that would make this man a billionaire and the company had zillions. It appears that you have the vision of a Great American Company.

Dr. Bui, please except my humble gratitude to you for your expertise. After a thorough observation, you knew exactly what was going on in my mouth and you were very clear at explaining that to me. You were also very knowledgeable about the products and services available to get me on the right track to a cleaner and healthier mouth. Your timing was impeccable, I did not feel like a number nor did I feel rushed.

My visit ended with a plan for me this was elation because I am a very organized person. I like plans, blue prints and detail. When I left your office I had a plan from A to Z explaining what I was going to have done, in the order it was to be done and when it would be done. I knew how much so I could be prepared as a partner in executing this plan.

I’m just going to drop a few lines about the lobby area then I’ll conclude my letter. The lobby is the first and last impression. Yours was clean with good lighting. You had brochures offering your services (nice touch). The waiting wasn’t long so the television (CNN my favorite station) was a good choice. In closing, I had a very pleasant, informative experience. You have a great concept and great vision. Thank you for the experience.

I just wanted to send you a note to tell you what a pleasant experience my office visit was last Friday. I had spent a very long week traveling with a lot of pain and discomfort. Needless to say, I was very happy last Thursday when I called, to be informed by Robbie, that I could come in the next day for at least the initial evaluation and possible first phase of treatment. As of today, the pain has diminished remarkably. I have tried eating on the affected side and have just a little pain.

My sincerest thanks to you and the wonderful staff in your office, all of you exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated your explanation of what was going on in my mouth. I also appreciated the rapid pace of your procedures. Believe it or not, I am looking forward to my next visit to complete the root canal and crown procedure.

It is worth the drive from Maryland to Smilebuilderz in Lancaster PA! I would not consider going anywhere else, now, for my dental care. I have had many problems requiring endodontic and periodontal work Of course, I had to go to two different doctors and the distance from my home to their offices, plus traffic, took the better part of a day. I don’t think they ever discussed my situation between themselves. Now I don’t have any of these issues – everyone I need is right in the same location – same building and, believe it or not, my whole day is not spent driving and time in the dentist’s chair!
