Dental practice to open Monday on Oregon Pike
Lancaster New Era - July 7, 2006
Dr. Anthony Skiadas will open Smilebuilderz, a multi-lingual and
multi-service dental practice, on Monday at 1685 Crown Ave., off Oregon
Pike.
Investing $1.5 million to renovate and equip the 6,000 square foot
leased space, Skiadas said the practice is designed to provide what
he would want as a dental patient.
The result is a practice with evening and weekend hours, a dentist
who can speak the patient’s language and a practice that can
provide numerous dental services under one roof, he said.
Skiadas, who is fluent in English, Spanish and Greek, practices general
and cosmetic dentistry.
He will be joined by an orthodontist, periodontist, oral surgeon,
pedodontist (child dentist), and endodontist working part-time at
the Manheim Township practice.
Smilebuilderz also will employ five staff. Hours will be Monday through
Thursday, 8 am to 9 pm; Friday, 8 am to 3 pm and Saturday 9 am to
8 pm.
Skiadas holds a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College and
a doctor of dental medicine degree from Temple University.
