They have been trained to assist you in every way, including the effective navigation of your insurance coverage.

• to be committed to the appointment time you have reserved
• to be prepared with the appropriate fee and/or your co-payment at each appointment
• to notify us at least 48 hours in advance should you need to change any appointment
• to notify us as soon as possible if you are delayed for an appointment
• to understand that all charges you incur are your responsibility regardless of insurance coverage. Insurance balances older that 60 days will become your responsibility.
