Contest Rules
Each quarter one picture will be available at both office locations as the Stackz Coloring Page. The feature picture will change every quarter, and new prizes will be awarded each quarter.
- One entry per patient per quarter.
- In order to become a participant one must be a patient of smilebuilderz.
- Ages 18 and under.
- Children of employees are prohibited from entering the smilebuilderz coloring contest.
