A native of Long Island, NY he received his DMD and Endodontic certificate from the Temple University School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and is eligible for board certification from the American Board of Endodontics.

Dr. Stein resides in Philadelphia PA with fiancé Lisa, also a dentist, and 2 Labrador retrievers. He enjoys golf and basketball, movies, and time with family in NY, NJ, Wisconsin, Chicago, and Florida as much as possible.
