If you find that you need a root canal, Dr. Matthew C. Lochetto
is the doctor to see. His colleagues call him “tremendous”
and “phenomenal” and patients rave about the painlessness
of his procedures.
A native of Pennsylvania, Dr. Lochetto earned his Bachelor of Science
degree in Biology from Boston College and his Doctor of Dental Medicine
Degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine
in 1995. Dr. Lochetto completed his general practice hospital residency
at Overlook Hospital in Summit, New Jersey, a major teaching affiliate
of Columbia University in New York. His specialty certification in
Endodontics was completed at the University of Medicine and Dentistry
of New Jersey, in Newark, where he trained in both surgical and non-surgical
management of Endodontic disease.
Dr. Lochetto has fifteen years of clinical root canal experience and
is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American
Association of Endodontists. He is on the Executive Committee of the
Louis I. Grossman Endodontic Study Club of Philadelphia, and the New
Jersey Association of Endodontists.
Outside of the office, Dr. Lochetto enjoys spending time with his
wife and son. His hobbies include photography, deep-sea fishing and
hockey.
